With tight turnarounds between sessions, drivers are forced to adapt quickly, a key skill at the core of our motorsport coaching philosophy.
One of the defining highlights of this GB4 season is its incredible competitive balance. With multiple teams capable of taking victory on any given weekend, drivers are pushed to develop far more than just raw speed. The young drivers must build resilience, racecraft and focus. Through detailed data analysis and mental preparation, our drivers are growing into complete athletes, and that hard work is paying off on the track:
- McLean: Claimed a well-earned P1 at Oulton Park after a brilliant start in Race 3. He backed that up with a sensational second win of the season at Donington Park, fighting back in a frantic final contest to take P1.
- Byrne: Stunned the paddock at Donington Park with a charge through the field, climbing all the way from 17th on the grid to finish P3 in Race 2.
- O’Donnell: Maintained impressive pace through a series of tough on-track challenges, tackling every session with unwavering determination to push forward.
Looking Ahead to Silverstone
