Pace Performance is a professional motorsports team based in Shropshire, with over 75+ years combined experience racing at the highest levels in the UK and Europe.

Pace is set to disrupt the status quo with a multi-car team gunning for titles in 2024

Despite being a newcomer to the 2024 Ginetta Junior Championship, we have both the resources and experience required to set standards higher than our strongest competitors. We're here to win.

Pace & Kokoro

Pace Performance was created to reinvent the race team formula – much like its partners at Kokoro Performance, an industry leader in driver coaching and performance services.

Founded in 2017, Kokoro redefines elite driver performance with simple, tested techniques, measured development, and outside-of-the-box thinking.

Kokoro work with the likes of Callum Ilott (Indycar) and Zak O'Sullivan (F3)

Through Kokoro and its coaches, drivers at Pace will benefit from world-class race preparation and ongoing support to reach their true potential.

2024 Ginetta Junior Championship

The longest running and most prestigious junior series attracting the world's best karting graduates and aspiring racing drivers in a safe professional environment. The championship plays a critical function in the development of young drivers, raising champions of the future.
The Ginetta Junior Championship is the first step on the motorsport ladder for 14-17 year olds
Lando Norris, Harry King, Dan Harper, Kiern Jewiss and Zak O'Sullivan are all successful graduates of the series, amongst many more professional drivers.

Ginetta's unique and unrivalled motorsport ladder provides opportunities for drivers of all ages to start their career and progress through the ranks with the same manufacturer – all the way to GT and prototype racing.

If you're considering purchasing a car for the owner package, Pace Performance can buy your Ginetta Junior car back at the end of the 2024 race season for the same price originally paid to us (based on car condition). Please feel free to ask for more information about this scheme.
